Bookin' Around Town was launched December 11, 2016, when Jocqueline saw an ad for internet talk radio. Since her background is in broadcast journalism, she thought this would be a great way to connect with some of her favorite authors and get the inside scoop on their books and home lives.
After her debut show with NY Times and USA Today Bestselling Author Karen Lynch, her show became a fan fave amongst the book community. Some of her episodes include, NY Times and USA Today Bestselling Authors, Lauren Blakely, CD Reiss, Cameo Renae, Quinn Loftis, Adriana Locke, Penelope Ward, Vi Keeland and more.
That's not all. Many of her favorite episodes include self published authors whose books captured her attention and gave her the idea for the show. They include, Raye Wagner, J.L. Weil, Kristie Cook, Randi Cooley Wilson, Heather Hildenbrand, Alyssa Rose Ivy, and Jennifer Snyder.
Bookin' Around Town (B.A.T) also includes The Chatterbox YA, which hosts authors in the YA genre and Love Inspired, a special series promoting inspirational and motivational authors. In March 2018, Bookin' Around Town will welcome a new series, The Writers Block that will consist of industry leaders that offer resources to seasoned and new authors.
After hearing the reviews of B.A.T, Jocqueline grew her podcast to include audiobooks. The Audio Flow Podcast debuted January 6, 2017. Having an opportunity to chat with narrators and authors about their collaborations, gave her a way to incorporate her new love for audiobooks and podcasting in one place. Now, The Audio Flow has the highest listenership and downloads of all her shows. The Audio Flow is also the home of The Featured Voice Series, which introduces listeners to new and seasoned narrators in the industry.
